Order Processing
Orders that are placed, paid for, and fully processed before 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Standard Time (MST) typically ship on the same business day. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM (noon) MST, or placed on weekends and national holidays, will be shipped on the following business day.
Tracking and Transit
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. While 13 Peptides cannot control delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, our team is committed to supporting you in resolving any delivery issues and will work with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
The integrity of your research materials is our priority. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s stated delivery date.
- Provide your tracking number and the following documentation:
- Photos of the external packaging and, if applicable, the damaged contents.
- A brief, written description of the issue.
Once the claim is verified by our team, we will promptly reship your order at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong items or if a product is missing from your order:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of first opening the package.
After reviewing and confirming the fulfillment error, we will promptly reship the correct items to you at no charge.
